True to its core values of equality, fairness, and brotherhood, the Knowledge for Development Multipurpose Cooperative believes that financial limitations should never be a barrier to accessing quality education. As a cornerstone of its social responsibility to the local community, the cooperative proudly provides free educational opportunities to 20 students every single year who lack the financial capacity to pay. This yearly scholarship initiative ensures that bright but economically disadvantaged children have an equal chance to learn, grow, and succeed within the supportive environment of Paradise Schools.
Beyond opening its doors to these 20 students annually, the cooperative actively uplifts the community by participating in local job creation. Currently, the cooperative has created reliable employment opportunities for over 40 job seekers, successfully hiring a dedicated workforce of 41 teaching, administrative, and support staff members. This combined effort of educating the youth and providing sustainable livelihoods for its citizens stands as a powerful testament to the cooperative's fundamental objective: solving social and economic problems through united, community-driven efforts
